Community Outreach
The University Seventhday-Adventist church in Orlando, under the auspices of the Florida Conference of Seventh-day-Adventist has outgrown our present building facility and we are in dire need of more space. We are at a critical juncture and are poised to take advantage of our growth and location, leaping into the future to truly manifest God’s love in service to the community.
We are located three miles from the University of Central Florida, one of the largest campuses in the US. We are also close to Valencia Community College, Florida Technical College, Full Sail University and we have a number of students attending our church from these universities.
We are planning to build a transformational complex - a combination of church and multi-use, youth-oriented facility which would provide a safe environment the youth as well as the needs of the church and community.
Goals and Objectives of the new facility include:

Continued and increase support to the students from the various colleges.

Conversion of the present facility to a Day Care Center.

Continued distribution of food and clothing to the community,

Continued health and wellness presentations to the community.

Provide marriage and family counseling and crisis intervention.

Free health clinic and Health Fairs.

Liaison with Advent Health Hospital to provide wellness support to the community.

Provide facility for sporting activities.
-
Provide educational classes for students falling behind.

Provide literacy classes.
The projected cost of this facility is 4 million dollars for a 17,000 square foot facility. We have already raised over 1.2 million dollars. With your support, we can serve the needs of thousands of young adults and the East Orlando Community.
Community Outreach Ministries
Outreach Mission is to “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations”… We want to impact the community around us with the light of God’s love and boldly take the Word of God to our neighbors to proclaim the great news of His salvation to all men.
